Job Title: Barista
Location: RHS Garden Wisley, GU23 6QB

Salary: £12.95 per hour
Contract: 16‑hour weekly guaranteed minimum. Working across venues that have a 7‑day a week operation

A successful Barista will play a key front‑of‑house role, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every visitor. You will prepare and serve high‑quality hot and cold beverages, deliver excellent customer service, handle transactions, and maintain clean and inviting service areas, ensuring all health, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently upheld.

Shifts vary from Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.
