As a Commis Chef, you will be at the heart of our kitchen, working closely with the team to deliver high‑quality dishes and maintain our standards. Whether you’re experienced or studying, your passion for food will shine through as you take responsibility for your section.

• Prepare food items and work collaboratively with kitchen, front‑of‑house, and management teams.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean station.
• Manage food safety, storage, labeling, and adherence to recipes and specifications.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, displaying strong communication and organisational skills.

Experience or studying in the culinary field is welcomed. A passion for food, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work within a team are required.
