Bartlett Mitchell is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a high‑standard environment. You will prepare meals, support the Head Chef, drive menu development, and monitor quality against targets.
With 2+ years in a similar role, you’ll ensure food safety, manage costs, and mentor junior staff. Uniforms and safety shoes are provided; hours are 37.5 per week, Mon‑Thu 06:30–15:00, Fri 06:30–12:00.
