Location: Polzeath
The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and out to sea, from both inside and across its spectacular al fresco space.
As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and dish specifications are met. You will adapt our menu using locally sourced produce to delight guests and meet the needs of the business.
