Café Manager Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort 35 Hours per Week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager to lead our brand-new café at Seamill Hydro Hotel & Resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to oversee the day-to-day running of a new café concept, delivering exceptional service in a warm, welcoming environment.

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and support the café team, creating a positive and welcoming working environment.
• Manage staff rotas, daily briefings, and team performance.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in line with company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks made in the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
• Drive sales by maintaining excellent standards and promoting seasonal offers where appropriate.

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with stock control and ordering.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
