Chucs South Kensington is a vibrant neighbourhood Italian restaurant inspired by the charm and glamour of the Italian Riviera. We are passionate about delivering exceptional food, expertly crafted cocktails, fine wines and warm, attentive service in a relaxed yet elegant setting.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic  Bartender  to join our team and help create memorable experiences for every guest.

The Role  As a Bartender at Chucs South Kensington, you will:
Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to the highest standard.
Recommend wines, spirits and aperitifs with confidence and enthusiasm.
Deliver friendly, engaging and professional service at all times.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised and impeccably presented.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
Work closely with the floor team to provide seamless service during busy periods.
Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the high standards of the Chucs brand.
What We're Looking For   At least  2 years' experience  as a bartender in a premium restaurant, hotel or cocktail bar.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits and wines.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Fluent English and the right to work in the UK.
