The Role  As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional bar experience by:
Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails to the highest standard.
Delivering knowledgeable wine, beer and spirit recommendations.
Creating a warm, engaging atmosphere for every guest.
Maintaining impeccable bar presentation and cleanliness.
Supporting stock control and ensuring all products are well maintained.
Working closely with the restaurant team to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
Upholding the high standards and attention to detail that define the Chucs experience.
What We're Looking For   Minimum  2 years' experience  in a premium restaurant or cocktail bar.
Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits and wines.
Passion for hospitality with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
Calm and organised under pressure.
A positive, energetic and team-focused attitude.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
