Location: Alne
A Chef de Partie at Aldwark Manor Estate, Aldwark, , York, is responsible for the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs, directing all kitchen activities and ensuring high-quality food to create memorable guest experiences.
You'll lead and develop the kitchen team, maintain HACCP and health and safety compliance, manage inventory, and ensure dishes are prepared to Head Chef specifications with strong attention to detail.
