The Rising Sun, a pub with accommodation in St Mawes, is part of St Austell Brewery and seeks an ambitious Chef to join a fast-paced kitchen team using locally sourced produce to delight guests.
You will work with a close-knit team to ensure accuracy of dish specifications, maintain cleanliness and safety, and contribute to smooth operations during peak times. Live-in accommodation is available and training opportunities exist.
