Chef de Partie and Commis Chef, including Pastry Chef – COYA Mayfair and COYA Angel Court

We’re looking for an experienced Chefs to join the COYA Mayfair and COYA Angel Court teams. We have positions open from Chef de Partie – Commis Chef, including Pastry Chef and welcoming inspired chefs who want to be part of this journey.

COYA is a luxury lifestyle group with two venues in London;
Mayfair and Angel Court, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Monaco. Born from the spirit of adventure, COYA celebrates Latin American culture through delicious food, innovative cocktails, music, art and incredible parties.

The cuisine is mainly Peruvian with some Japanese, Chinese and Spanish influences and signature dishes include ceviche, tiraditos and anticuchos from the robata grill.
