Location: West End
Our client, a renowned private members nightclub are currently recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join their team.
The ideal Sous Chef will come from a hotel/club or quality restaurant background.
Duties include assisting the head chef with the day to day running of the kitchen including ordering and stock control, menu development, staff training and development.
The position offers;
- Working Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours are generally 5pm to 2am but this can be 7.30pm until 4.30am on occasions
- Generous salary package including service charge
In line with the requirements of the Immigration Act 2016, all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK or must obtain a work permit prior to application
