Select Appointments is recruiting a Sous Chef near Ongar in Essex to join a premium gastro pub. You will work with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding, fresh food and manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a busy environment.
You’ll lead a kitchen team, develop seasonal menus, cost recipes, manage stock and waste, and uphold food safety and high presentation standards to ensure exceptional service on every shift.
