Location: Wells-next-the-Sea
Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a busy country dining pub to recruit a Sous Chef. The role is hands-on, working closely with the Head Chef, and deputising in their absence to deliver a modern British seasonal menu using locally sourced produce.
You will manage and develop a brigade, ensure high hygiene standards and lead by example. Accommodation and uniform meals are provided where available.
