• Supervise the service team during busy shifts and keeping things running like clockwork (This could be breakfast, lunch or dinner!
• Deliver top‑notch guest experiences — from warm welcomes to fond farewells
• Support the management team with training, and day‑to‑day operations
• Handle guest feedback with grace and turning challenges into opportunities
• Keep the floor sharp, the team motivated, and the standards sky‑high

• Experienced in restaurant service and confident leading a team
• Passionate about food, people, and creating memorable moments
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest‑focused
