Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) in Brighton is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to guide a fast-paced service and uphold GBK's renowned guest experience.
You will motivate the team, manage bookings and table service, and step in for the Restaurant Manager when needed to keep operations smooth and the dining room welcoming during busy shifts.
You'll contribute to training new team members and maintaining GBK's high standards of service and cleanliness.
