Asour Cook,you’llbe part of a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen delivering consistently great food throughout thesummerseason.

Working with our woodfired ovens,you’llprepare and cook pizzas and simple dishes that celebrate quality ingredients and bold flavours.

You’llplay a key role in creating a seamless, enjoyable experience for our guestsbybalancing speed,precisionand care, even at our busiest moments. This is a seasonal position offered from August,giving you the flexibility to enjoy everything Watergate Bay Hotel has to offer.

• Preparing and cooking woodfired pizzas and Cabin menu dishes to a high standard
• Maintaining consistency,quality and presentation across every order
• Managing prep, stockrotationand date labelling
• Working efficiently under pressure in a busy, open kitchen environment
• Following food hygiene,healthand safety standard sat all times
• Supporting your team to deliver a smooth and positive service

• Experience working in a kitchen environment
• Ability to cook to a consistently high standard
• A positive, can-do approach and strong work ethic
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen processes
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to use your initiative
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
