Sous Chef

We are looking to expand our culinary team and are searching for a talented Sous Chef to join to join our high-quality kitchen team.

• Playing a crucial part in the leading, developing and inspiring of the wider kitchen team.
• Helping to Consistently Deliver a high-quality dining experience, always putting our Customer First.
• Working closely with the Executive Chef in planning and implementing food and menus.
• Overall assistance of responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily operations.
• Monitoring and controlling stock levels accordingly.
• Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.

• Significant experience in a fast-moving, quality driven kitchen.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a culinary team.
• Charismatic, creative and experienced at Sous Chef level.
• Someone with a positive attitude and a professional and courteous manner.
• Someone with drive, ambition and flair as well as being able to Consider What’s Next and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A highly motivated individual who possesses a sense of pride in your attention to detail.
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to Collaborate with Purpose.

• Up to £39,000 Salary, based on experience.
