The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards, leading sections during service, and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the senior kitchen team with daily kitchen operations
- Assisting in delivering consistently high-quality dishes
- Leading sections confidently during busy service periods
- Training and mentoring junior chefs
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
 
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- A passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on approach and team-focused mindset
