Costa Coffee in Llanfoist is seeking a Team Leader for 24 hours across 3 days to energise and support the shift. You will train new Baristas, motivate the team, and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence while staying adaptable under pressure. Costa offers a 50% discount in Costa-owned stores.
You’ll lead with energy, communicate clearly, and help create great experiences for customers and colleagues alike in a busy drive-thru store.
