Sodexo Energy & Resources is recruiting a Chef de Partie for our remote Fort Augustus village kitchen in the Scottish Highlands. You will manage a dedicated section, deliver high‑quality dishes and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards during your 3‑week on, 3‑week off rotation.
You will work with residents to create welcoming dining experiences, support promotions, and contribute to continuous improvement while representing Sodexo’s Remote Living proposition.
