St Austell Brewery in West Cornwall is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across prestigious pubs and destinations. You will oversee front and back of house, drive consistency in menus, and produce high quality dishes using locally sourced ingredients.
You will manage budgets, mentor chefs, and shape daily operations to deliver excellent guest experiences while achieving sales targets and maintaining food safety standards.
