Perle Hotels Limited is seeking a capable Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Dulse & Brose, the signature restaurant within The Bosville Hotel on the Isle of Skye. You will lead the kitchen from the front during service, mentor junior chefs, and help deliver warm, simple dishes that showcase Scottish produce.
You will run day-to-day operations, step in for the Head Chef as required, and collaborate closely with FOH to ensure a guest-first, calm kitchen culture in a busy, high-turnover
