About the role As Head Chef, youll work closely with the General Manager to lead the kitchen team and drive standards across every part of the operation. From developing your team and delivering quality dishes to managing stock, margins and kitchen performance, youll play a key role in the success of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build a positive, high-performing kitchen culture. What youll be responsible for Delivering high-quality food and consistently excellent guest experiences. Recruiting, training and developing the kitchen team. Managing stock control, ordering and kitchen profitability. Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and health and safety compliance Leading by example and creating a supportive, motivated kitchen environment.
