We are recruiting for a School Catering Assistant to join a friendly catering team at a prestigious school in the York area.

Working with other members of the catering team you will:

• Assist with food preparation in the kitchen
• Serve food to school pupils
• Clean and tidy the kitchen and dining areas

This would be an ideal role for someone with experience in catering, hospitality, food production or a kitchen environment who is looking for a term time only position.

Due to the nature of the role an enhanced DBS check will be required.

You will be joining a top contract caterer with a strong focus on employee wellbeing. This school kitchen based role offers supportive management, a friendly team environment and an excellent work-life balance.
