Restaurant Manager Lochside House Hotel Full Time
We 62re looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team at Afton Restaurant within Lochside House Hotel. You7ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience.

What You Ere Be Doing:- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including reservations and table flow.
- Support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of team members.
- Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control.
- Drive revenue through effective upselling and positive guest engagement.
- Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and positively, ensuring concerns are resolved appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company standards.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Confident, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- A positive, professional, and team-focused approach.
- A full, valid driving licence is preferred.
