J D Wetherspoon is hiring a Shift Manager for The Paddle Steamer, Largs. You will support the pub manager and take responsibility for the pub's operation during your shift, leading the team and ensuring service quality.
We offer a 40-hour week, 28 days of holiday, a bonus scheme (up to 25% of salary) and a range of staff benefits including meals at work, 20% off when off duty, and the potential for future pub management opportunities.
