We're now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside our Head Chef and become an important part of our kitchen.

You'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:

• Running the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef's absence.
• Consistently producing high-quality dishes during every service.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Supporting and motivating junior members of the team.
• Assisting with ordering, stock control and daily kitchen organisation.
• Helping us continue to build on our excellent reputation.

• Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef ready to step up.
