Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to help deliver exceptional service across our five-star Highland resort.

Reporting to the Resort Food and Beverage Manager, you will supervise daily service, guide the team and ensure every guest receives warm, professional and attentive hospitality.

• Supervise restaurant, bar and wider food-and-beverage service during allocated shifts.
• Lead pre-service briefings and ensure the team understands menus, special requests, dietary requirements and daily priorities.
• Allocate duties and maintain an organised, positive and productive working environment.
• Welcome guests and remain visible throughout service.
• Anticipate guest requirements and resolve queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain consistently high five-star service and presentation standards.
• Support, coach and train team members, sharing product and service knowledge.
• Develop the team’s understanding of menus, wines, spirits and other beverages.
• Work closely with the kitchen, reception and wider resort teams.
