We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at a celebrated Highland hotel and restaurant in the heart of Glencoe. As Commis Chef you will work alongside experienced chefs in a busy, high quality kitchen environment, developing your skills and gaining invaluable experience using the finest local Scottish produce. The Commis Chef will be a keen learner, eager to grow and progress within a supportive kitchen brigade.

AsCommis Chef you will work across all sections, building your technical ability and understanding of a professional kitchen operation. The ideal Commis Chef will have a genuine passion for food and a strong work ethic, ready to embrace the experience of living and working in the Scottish Highlands.
