At Costa Coffee, we craft great coffee and memorable experiences. As a Barista, you’ll bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. We also offer flexible shifts to suit both your needs and the store’s.

A summer bonus of up to £400 will be paid on a pro-rata basis in the October pay to employees who remain with the company until the 30 th September, provided they started on or before 15 th August.
