Chef De Partie Hotel

My clients, are a proud independently-owned hotel, restaurant and Inn with over 40 years of success, are looking for an experienced Ched Partie to join their warm and welcoming team.

Working alongside an established Head Chef, this is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious chef to showcase their skills with fresh, locally sourced Cumbrian produce across everything from intimate dining and traditional sunday roasts to breakfasts and afternoon teas

Duties and Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and serve food at the required service time and standard
• To undertake any catering task as directed by the Head Chef
• To complete any administration as requested including food temperatures, wastage and cleaning schedules etc.
• To ensure the kitchen is maintained in a clean, organised manner ensuring all food safety and health & safety policies and procedures are followed.
• To communicate to team and client staff in a polite, efficient manner
• Flexibility to work split shifts including weekends

Skills and Qualifications

• You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
• Motivated and possessing a sense of pride in your work
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach
