Chef de Partie

We're a Trip Advisor Top 10% globally rated coastal hotel in Northumberland and we're looking for a skilled, reliable Chef de Partie to take charge of your own section and help us deliver consistently excellent food.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of your section, prepping, cooking, and plating dishes to a consistently high standard throughout service. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef and wider brigade to keep service flowing smoothly, support less experienced team members where needed, and help maintain the quality and consistency our guests expect. You'll maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen at all times, ensuring full compliance with Food Safety regulations, and contribute to stock rotation and section prep lists.

You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up, ideally in a hotel or high-volume environment
• Ability to run a section confidently and stay calm under pressure during a busy service
• Strong food preparation, cooking, and presentation skills
• Full Food Safety and HACCP knowledge
