Hastings Hotels at Ballygally Castle in Northern Ireland seeks a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our Kitchen team, under Head Chef Kevin Osborne. You will help manage operations, maintain Hastings standards of food preparation and presentation, and support development of the hotel’s culinary offerings.
This full-time role offers a 45-hour week with shifts from 11:00 to 23:00 or 14:00 to 22:00, including weekends.
