The White Horse Chilgrove, part of Butcombe Group, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead in a fresh, seasonal menu environment at a rural pub with a two-bedroom flat above the premises. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef Jake to design dishes, mentor the kitchen team and engage in events such as supper clubs, weddings and tasting menus.
You’ll drive high standards in food quality, presentation and service while developing new ideas and maintaining a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.
