Location: Kilvaxter
Perle Hotels Limited in Portree on the Isle of Skye is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at Am Braigh, the signature restaurant within Bracken Hide Hotel. This full-time role offers a 45-hour week contract and a clear path to leadership in a modern kitchen.
You'll be responsible for delivering guest-focused experiences, maintaining spotless hygiene and safety standards, and showcasing Skye produce in elegant dishes.
