THE POSITION  BARTENDER
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks to a consistently high standard.

Deliver warm, attentive service while creating a refined and welcoming bar experience.

Maintain excellent knowledge of the drinks menu, ingredients, pairings, and preparation methods.

Offer confident recommendations based on guests preferences.

Prepare the bar before service and maintain impeccable cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the shift.

Monitor stock levels, rotate products correctly, and minimise waste.

Work closely with the floor, kitchen, and management teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Follow all licensing, food safety, hygiene, and responsible-service procedures.

Handle guest requests with calmness, care, and discretion.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR     Natural hospitality  the ability to make guests feel recognised, relaxed, and genuinely cared for.

Previous experience as a Bartender in a premium, fine-dining, luxury hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.

Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence working with wines, spirits, and classic serves.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and consistency.

A composed presence and the ability to work efficiently during busy services.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Curiosity, pride in the craft, and a genuine desire to keep learning.

Knowledge of Asian ingredients, tea, sake, or food pairing is an advantage, but not essential.
