Pub Team Member – JD Wetherspoon

Pay Rates:
Up to £12.71 per hour

• Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and ensuring they have a great experience.
• Taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and preparing beverages at the bar.
• Handling payments and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Keeping the restaurant, bar, and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly.
• Working closely with all team across the venue to deliver operational excellence.
• Knowing the menu well enough to assist guests with recommendations and queries.

• Previous experience in a pub, restaurant, fast food or customer service role, or as a waiter/waitress is desirable but not required; training will be provided.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.
