What youll be doing

Creating relaxed memorable dining experiences for every guest

Sharing knowledge of our menus daily specials and drinks with confidence

Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful recommendations

Working closely with the kitchen and bar todeliver seamless service

What were looking for

A friendly positive attitude and a natural sense of hospitality

Previous waiting experience (great but not essential well train the right person)

An interest in food wine and seafood

Confidence in recommending dishes sides anddrinks to enhance the guest experience

A team player who thrives in a busy professional environment
