Location: Lower Slaughter
The Slaughters Country Inn in the heart of the Cotswolds is seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in a busy kitchen. You will create exciting dishes and help uphold high standards of quality for guests.
You will be responsible for allergen training, ensuring food safety, and assisting in managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. The role offers a supportive culture, potential staff accommodation, and a pathway to develop within our hospitality group.
