You’ll enjoy:

• £32,083 salary
• Average 42 hours per week over five days
• No late nights, with finishes typically around 8pm
• No working over Christmas
• A Friday or Saturday evening off most weeks

Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll help deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for guests. You'll:

• Prepare and cook meals in a busy kitchen
• Support stock ordering, organisation and cost control
• Follow food hygiene, allergen and dietary requirements
• Coach and support junior team members
• Manage your workload effectively during busy periods

You’ll be an experienced kitchen professional who:

• Has catering experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
• Enjoys working as part of a friendly, busy team
• Has excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge
• Can confidently manage dietary requirements
• Has strong organisational skills and works well under pressure
• Ideally holds a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
