- Deliver friendly,professional and efficient customer service to students,staffand visitors.
- Prepare and serve
Star buckshot and cold beverages to required brand standards. - Serve food,snacksand other products across the catering operation.
- Operate tills and process cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain clean,attractive and fully stocked counters,displays and service areas.
- Replenish and rotate stock andassistwith deliveries.
- Follow food safety, allergen, Health &Safetyand safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene,cleanliness and presentation, including general cleaning duties.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Work as part of the wider catering team and support other college catering areas and general duties as required.
- Friendly, positive and customer-focused approach withgood communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, flexible and willing to support different catering areas.
- Good attention to detail andhigh standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Willingness to learn barista skills and prepare beverages to Starbucks standards.
- Basic food hygiene/allergen/Health & Safety awareness desirable; full training provided.
- Able to follow instructions,procedure sand company standards.
- Willing to complete required online training and safeguarding requirements.
