As Restaurant Manager at Welcome Break , you’ll take ownership of our Taco Bell unit, leading your team to deliver great food, quick service and a welcoming experience for customers travelling across Scotland and the North of England.

• Have management experience in restaurants or catering within a fast‑paced environment
• Enjoy leading, coaching and developing managers and supervisors
