Location: Llanwern

  • Providing friendly, professional and efficient bar service to guests
  • Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas
  • Building positive relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
  • Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures
  • Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Contributing to departmental targets through excellent service and upselling opportunities where appropriate

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
  • A passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
  • Good knowledge of beverages and bar service, or a willingness to learn
  • A positive, enthusiastic and team-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods as required
  • Basic Food Hygiene certification is desirable but not essential
