Based at The Lodge Forest Cafe, FK8 3SX
you will be working 20 hours a week for 5 days out of 7 including weekends from 10:00am - 14:00pm. you'll play a key role in preparing and serving high-quality food that meets our standards and delights our customers.

• Food preparation: handling day-to-day duties and ensuring dishes meet site standards.
• Cooking and service: managing your station and delivering food on time.
• Safety and hygiene: following best practices with equipment, utensils, and food storage.
• Stock management: keeping ingredients fresh and reordering stock, when supplies run low.
• Teamwork: collaborating with the culinary team to maintain quality and service throughout the shift.

• Proven chef experience, ideally in contract catering.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and processes, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Food hygiene certification at Level 2 (desirable).

• A passion for food and customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• The right to work in the UK.
