Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - plus fine dining for special events.

• - Following recipes and all policies and procedures
• - Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
• - Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
• - Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• - Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.

• - A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).
• - A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.
• - Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.
• - Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
