We are looking for a strong, reliable
Chef de Partieto join the kitchen team at Wild Rose Holiday Park.
Wild Rose is one of the group’s busiest and liveliest parks, with a high-volume food operation covering the main bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and coffee shop/café. At peak, the kitchen can serve up to500 covers a day. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is confident running a section, enjoys working with fresh food and seasonal menus, and wants to be part of a busy kitchen team building something special.
Therole will include:
- Running a section confidently during prep and service
- Supporting the wider brigade in a fast-paced kitchen
- Maintaining standards, consistency and cleanliness
- Helping deliver quality food across a varied operation
- Working closely with senior chefs and supporting junior team members
- Has solid experience in a busy kitchen
- Can work well under pressure and stay organised
- Cares about quality, presentation and service
- Is hands-on, reliable and team-focused
- Brings energy, professionalism and strong standards
This is a brilliant role for a chef who wants to grow within a busy, ambitious kitchen and be part of a team that cares about food and hospitality.
