School Kitchen Lead: Cook & Menu Coordinator; Term Time
Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Cook within Catering Services to manage day-to-day activities in school kitchens and ensure a quality service for pupils and staff. The role covers menu provision, portion control, preparation and cooking, plus administration and staff supervision.
Essential Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate; NVQ2 or equivalent desirable. Working hours are 9:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, term time only;
Welsh language ability is a requirement for this post.
