Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant country pub. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while leading and managing our existing team.
Your leadership will help drive the success of the pub by maintaining high standards in service, food quality and health and safety. This role requires a hands on approach, to running front and back of house, fostering a positive team enviroment and driving operational excellence.
