Key Responsibilities:
This role involves high standards of food preparation and service, including:
Preparing and cooking dishes to a very high standard in a multi Rosette environment
Assisting in menu creation and presentation
Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards in line with regulatory guidelines
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Assisting with kitchen organisation and stock control
Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
What we're looking for:
Ideal candidates will display passion for fine dining and possess the following:
Experience as a strong CDP or junior sous chef in a gastro pub or fine dining setting
Knowledge of multi Rosette standards is advantageous
A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
