- Preparing and cooking healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students, staff and hospitality functions
- Following recipes and all policies and procedures
- Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues
- Good timemanagementrequiredin thisfast pacedrole
- Keeping kitchen records up to date.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Excellent team player
- Excellent communication abilities
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures Able to pass DBS checks
